Varsity Track Team With Strong Performance

Last night at the Franklin Invitational, the Pirates┬ávarsity girls and boys track teams competed against seven other schools. The girls finished 5th overall, while the boys finished 3rd. Standout performances were made by Naiya Champion in the 3200 meter run, Myia Barnes in the shot put, Michael O’Quin in the 400 meter run, Brandon Trinh

Girls Track team has strong showing!

Tonight the girls team had am impressive showing at the Stebbins Inivitational as they finished in 3rd place. 1st place finishers included Jada Brown winning the 300 hurdles, the 4X100 team of Burch, Melton, Jewett and Peebles, as well as the 4X200 team of Melton, Jewett, Pruitt-Switzer and Maloney. Awesome job girls!

Boys Track Team Takes 1st Place!

Last night the boys track and field team competed at the Stebbins Invitational against 6 other school, including GWOC opponents, Northmont and Troy. The boys took first place! 1st place finishers included: Owen Dittman in pole vault, Ruben Maull in high jump as well as in long jump, Dante Lander in the 110 meter hurdles,
